After working in Croft & Barrow for a few years, I was encouraged to look into the idea of trying a different area out.  One of the most fun areas to work in at Kohl's is kids wear so I met with the team to work on a project. Ultimately the timing wasn't right for a move--I was too needed in my current position!-- but I had a great time trying out a new challenge.
